Michael Franti & Spearhead’s latest release, All Rebel Rockers is a fantastic followup to Yell Fire! Many of the songs have a Buju Banton type sound to them, but he continues his meaningful lyrics and great rhythm all the way through the album.

This could be my top release for 2008 so far.

    You know, I have to say that I like Yell Fire! much better than ARR… I feel like these new songs have less sincerity and less energy… The remote control song is a good example.
